What is Go2 and DRT?
Go2 is a type of Demand Responsive Transport (bus) service, this means you tell us when you want the bus and we'll get it to you! Journeys may be shared with other passengers - so your journey may not be direct but don't worry our App will tell you an estimated time of arrival!

How do I make a booking?
From 27th January, you will be able to download the "Go2 Kent" app to you mobile device. You will then need to create an account with us, then you're ready to make your journey!

When should I book?
You cannot book in advance on this service, book when you need the bus and you will be offered options between time of your booking query and up to 40 minutes after. If the service is busy you may not be able to book but the app can also tell you when other buses are due to ensure you get to your destination as quickly as possible.

How do I pay?
You can pay cash, card or add credit to your account, if you have a card linked to your account the fare will automatically be deducted at the end of the ride. The go2 pass is now £35 but all journeys can be paid in cash or by card.
