Sevenoaks area disruption

We apologise to all customers for the continuing disruption to our bus services in the Sevenoaks area caused by the multitude of roadworks in the vicinity.

Understandably the highway authorities wish to carry our such remedial works (let's get rid of those potholes !) during periods when the roads are generally quieter such as school holidays.

We know about some of these works but not all and it is difficult to plan for this disruption without knowing the full extent.

We have been putting out extra buses where we can but only have a limited resource.

Although you can be assured we are doing our best to provide you with a reliable service, sometimes events overtake us and some services may need to be cancelled or diverted with little or no notice.

Please do not blame the drivers they are doing the best they can in difficult circumstances.

New Route C3 from Tuesday 2 April 2024

This new service starts running from New Ash Green through Longfield, Darenth and Darent Valley Hospital to and from Bluewater.

However we have been advised of some road closures which means we will  not be able to serve the planned route until at least Monday 22 April.

From Tuesday 2nd until Sunday 21st April, St Johns Lane in Hartley will be closed due to works by Southern Gas Networks. Buses will not be able to serve St Johns Lane, Church Road, Woodland Avenue or Well Field and will operate via Ash Road in both directions.

From Monday 8th April until Sunday 28th April, Station Road at Longfield will be closed due to works by Southern Gas Networks. Buses will not be able to operate via Station Road and will operate via Ash Road to and from Main Road with buses stopping to pick up/set down at the Station Road junction (or opposite towards New Ash Green)

We apologise by this confusion caused at the start of a new route and we hope that the route will be able to operate as planned from 29 April.
